“Know the Society and Do for the Society.” CADETS CLUB members presented   CHRISTMAS & NEWYEAR GIFT, second phase of Karunya-Oru  Kaithangu fund  (This fund is for the poor and weaker section in our society) on  21 December  2013 to AMHA  Association for Mentally Handicapped  Adults at Karyattukara inThrissur.

 On the memorable day of 5th anniversary of Mumbai terror attack26/11 CADETS CLUB conducted RASHTRA EKTA SANDESH YATRA with the association of Nehru Yuva Kendra on Tuesday, 26 November 2013. The programme was a Motorcycle rally campaign against terrorism and build up patriotic movement connect with youth brigade. RASHTRA EKTA SANDESH YATRA team was consist twenty three Motorcycles and forty six members. The rally was flagged off by Hon.  Thrissur Assistant police commissioner   Shri Harisankar IPS from Thrissur Vidhyarthi corner and function presided by club President Shri Antony J Kuttencherry. The rally team covered selected schools and colleges at Thrissur headquarter area.   RASHTRA EKTA SANDESH YATRA team headed campaign against terrorism and commearateated the Martyrs of 26/11 attack. The colleges and schools authorities arranged the reception to receiving the team and the head of the institution   delivered a short speech and took an oath against terrorism at   institution. This process continued at selected institutions around in our schedule.  The closing ceremony function was held on Devamatha Public School at Patturaikal Thrissur and the function inaugurated by Fr.Shaju Edammana,Principal of Devamatha Public School Thrissur. CADETS CLUB introduced the scheme Karunya-Oru Kaithangu the fund for the poor and weaker sections in our society,in the 13 year of club formation. The inaugural function of Karunya-Oru Kaithangu and onam celebration was held on 08 September 2013 at Thrissur Corporation Rehabilitation center Ramavarmapuram in Thrissur. The function was inaugurated by Hon.Thrissur Muncipal Corporation Mayor Shri I P Paul and presided by club President Shri Antony J Kuttencherry. Felicitations were done by Corporation Councilor Shri Davicilas and K Bharathan, Manager Rehabilitation center Ramavarmapuram. Welcome speech by club secretary Shri. Rajeesh B and Vote of Thanks by club coordinator smt Akila Rajeesh. The club members served the onasadya to rehabilitation center members.

On 26 July 2013, Kargil Victory Day Cadets club conducted KARGIL DIWAS 2013  at Amar Jawan Jothi Ayyanthole in Thrissur.Cadets club members commemorated the  Kargil martyrs and by floral offering at Amar Javan Jothi at Ayyanthole in Thrissur and visited the families of Kargil martyrs Lt.Col R.Viswanathan(Vir Chakara) and Hav.Inasu as a symbol of moral support. Club President Shri Antony J Kuttencherry presented Kargil war mementos to Mrs Jalaja Viswanathan and Mrs Sini Inasu.

Cadets Club conducted Penkazcha, a dramatic presentation on world women Day 08 March 2013 at different Schools and colleges in Thrissur District headquarters area. The theme of Penkazcha  was “A journey through the brave women’s in the world”. The Inaugural ceremony   was held at Thrissur Nursing College and Inaugurated by Smt A T Thanga,Principal Thrissur Nursing College. The function was presided by club President Shri Antony J Kuttencherry. Welcome speech by club secretary Shri Rajeesh B and vote of thanks by club coordinator Kumari Akila M T.The Penkazcha screened in different colleges and school in Thrissur. The script, dialogue and direction of Penkazcha done by Drama Artist Shri sivan Vengithngu (Club Appellate Member).

Connection with Cadets Club promotion club conducted Promotion Task on 26 January 2013 at Thrissur Corporation organized Republic Day Celebration parade at evening in Thrissur Round. The club members distributed club shade caps to the people. The club members handed over first shade cap to foreigners those who were viewers in the March fast.
