“Once again they are in the world of left-right memories.” Cadets club members celebrated the onam Avani Fest 2012 on 26 August 2012 at 24(K) BN NCC conducted annual training camp at St. Aloysious College, Elthuruth in Thrissur. The club members and NCC cadets jointly put floral art. The Avani Fest was inaugurated by Hon.Col. P Swamy, Commanding Officer 24 (K) BN NCC and the function presided by club President Shri Antony J Kuttencherry. Welcome speech delivered by club secretary Shri Priyesh.Vijayan and vote of thank by club vice-president Kumari Akila M.T. The camp commandant served the onasadya to club members.

On 26 July 2012, Kargil Victory Day Cadets club conducted KARGIL DIWAS in Thrissur Headquarter area. Cadets club members and NCC cadets jointly commemorated Kargil Martyrs and by floral offering at Amar Javan Jothi at Ayyanthole in Thrissur. On the part of commemorate Martyrs club member visited different schools and colleges in Thrissur Headquarter and introduced   Kargil Diwas posters. The Schools and Colleges principals were released the Kargil posters and delivered a Key note speech on Kargil diwas. Club President Shri.Antony J Kuttencherry was presided the functions and welcome speech delivered Club secretary Shri Priyesh. Vijayan and   vote of thanks by programme General Convener Shri Rajeesh.B. The fifty programme volunteers donated the blood at Thrissur IMA blood bank at Ramavarmapuram in Thrissur.

The highlight of “Get closure to know Environment and Protect Environment” Cadets club organized one day Environmental camp on 05 May 2012 at Cheppara and Pampooranpara areas in Thrissur District. By planting tree, club President Shri Antony J Kuttencherry inaugurated the camp and the function was presided by Appellate member Shri Kiran M.V .Welcome speech delevired by Club Joint Secretary Shri.Jiss Ignatious and vote of Thanks by Programme General convener Shri.Rajesh B.
