In remembrance of the great Indian freedom fighter and founder of Indian National Army, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose(1897-1945), Cadets Club organised Netaji Day as observed of Netaji on 18 August 2014 at 2.30 p.m at Govt Model Boys High school Thrissur. This initiative was a humble effort to inculcated patriotism in young minds from school level onwards. The Nethaji Day was inaugurated by Adv Terambil Ramakrishnan MLA and the function was presided by Cadets Club President Shri Antony J Kuttencerry. Delegate from various organisations and schools and colleges students participated in the event. As a part of Netaji Day Cadets Club conducted photo exhibition of the Netajis in his life incidence and Hon.MLA Adv. Terambil Ramakrishnan distributed the prizes to students from various schools and colleges those who expressed their views on Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.
